Many of us who feel the deep beauty and connection of our world can at times simultaneously feel grief or angst.  Not only for the Earth but our human-to-human connections as we navigate change and cultural shifts in these times.

We may be exploring our own questions or experiencing loneliness, anxiety, and grief. As we navigate our own lives we may feel alienated through differences within our communities.

In this webinar, we explore and identify the types of grief that can arise, how we feel it, how to help hold ourselves, and how we hold this work in the community.  As we explore the types of grief that can arise, we also explore how to help hold ourselves and how we hold this work as guides, how it may show up on a walk, and how to work with it, especially as we may resonate with this piece ourselves.

Drawing on the work of seminal authors and our work at GIFT with ecosystem repair, we explore how to support ourselves, create restorative relationships with others and the more-than-human world, and find our edges with joy and connection in griefwork.

**NOTE– you will also see a PUBLIC version of this workshop on our website if you are not a forest therapy guide.
